What is Moda Stretto?

Moda Stretto is a premium range of engineered wood flooring which includes nine popular colours from the Moda Altro Collection, but in a more classic and traditional narrow plank width. 

The collection has a 15mm engineered construction, with a 4mm European Oak wear layer, 11mm Hevea core and Spruce backing. It boasts the same stylish colours as Moda Altro, with herringbone and stair nosings to match.

Stretto’s narrow 138mm planks create an elongated, linear look which can make smaller spaces appear larger and more formal. Opting for a narrow width plank means more boards will be required to fill the room, resulting in more joins and a look similar to that of a traditional solid timber floor. 

Moda Stretto’s NatureMatte finish, developed by Forté, looks incredibly raw and untouched like an oil and is protected by a Bona®-based finish from Sweden, providing superior durability and water resistance. 

Like Moda Altro, the collection is low VOC and has no added formaldehyde. To circumvent the current global shortage of plywood, Moda Stretto features a Hevea core, which shares the strength and density of oak, but delivers greater dimensional stability.
